I spent $1400 on a new Thomasville sofa 3 years ago, believing it would last. I am VERY disappointed to find the front bottom frame is bulging out in one spot. I've been a customer of Wells Fargo for over 20 years. I have a car loan, Visa card, checking account and savings account with them. This month they charged me for three excess activity fees, $10 each, for doing 9 balance transfers to and from my savings account. According to customer service the federal law is your only allowed 6 per month. I could go to the ATM and take money from my savings account every single day without being debited but using THEIR online service I was charged $30! About a month ago I bought a new LG G2X phone at T-mobile. It has not worked right since I bought it. It drops calls, does not show or ring calls through, calls go direct to voice mail, phone goes dead in middle of conversations, vibrates wildly and will not shut off or on, will not turn on, goes dark in the middle of a conversation where numbers need to be touched and will not come back on.
