Try to get through to tech support but takes multiple tries to get through and half of the time they drop the call before talking with a live person. The transition from Wachovia to Wells Fargo in Florida is a disaster! Their Banking on Line system is the worse I have seen. It is less than user friendly, slow, and inflexible. When I got on line to make a payment I could not find the payee name, but only the reference that was included in the Wachovia system.
