Callbox has repeatedly contacted my business solicitating business - at least once every 2 weeks. I have told each representative that I am not interested and asked them to remove us from their list. My wife purchased a new Citizen's Eco Drive watch for me for Father's Day in mid-June 2011. It was purchased from an Ebay dealer who noted in the Ebay listing that the watch came with a 5-year warranty. The dealer has feedback in the thousands and lists page after page of Citizen watches. The website looked and is legitimate, but the lack of a phone number on their contact us page almost made me changed my mind about buying from them. In July 2011, I received a postcard from Worldwide Travel in the mail about a free 7-day cruise. Not interested in this scam, but I called just curious to hear what they had to say. I was up front and asked what the catch was, and they said there was no catch but to simply refer them to friends and family. My dog has hot spots, unfortunately it is a problem some Golden Retrievers have. I had taken my dog to Banfield for years and have been on their wellness program paying for 2 dogs monthly. I went on vacation to Wisconsin and my dog got a hot spot. I called the vets in Algonquin and they are closed until they find a new vet for that location. They refered me to the one in Crystal Lake. I cancelled my subscription to Auto Wealthmaker within days of starting it after realising that it was not something I could do. This was in April 2011. They have continued to charge my credit card for the subscription in spite of writing to them on their own form cancelling my subscription and requesting a refund, and each time they send back the same automated message saying they are sorry I am not happy with their software and then they ignore it and proceed to charge me each time. I bought a bicycle from Road Bike Outlet (RBO) after finding them on eBay. Upon arrival it had a bad bottom bracket. I had the bike shop that diagnosed the problem repack/rebuild the bottom bracket. When I contacted RBO, regarding warranty service, they were very rude and stated they could not reimburse me and I should have contacted them rather than having the problem fixed.
