Wow...after reading all of these, I am not the only person having issues with this company. My wife and I purchased a Proform 390 treadmill from Sears in late February 2011. She began having problems with the treadmill, speeding up randomly, which above all else is unsafe. By the time I contacted Proform the 90 day warranty had expired even though there is a 5 year warranty on the motor (which I feel is part of the problem). This drive thru is horrible and the last three times I have been thru the drive thru the order is not right. I am sick of paying for poor customer service at this drive thru restaurant. I found out that this company has been charging my credit card for $59.95 for the past few months. I overlooked this because I did not review my credit card charges on this card. I called the company and all I was told was that it was for help in obtaining grant money. Unfortunately, she could only credit me for one month and gave me an address to write a letter. Supposedly, this refund review committee for US Financial Resources will look at these unauthorized charges.
