I ordered one Easy-Reach plant pulley for $10.00 and was charged $15.90 shipping... that was bad enough, but somehow they duplicated the order but the second time entered 2 items at a total of $71.80!! The total for both bills was $97.70! Stay away from this website! When I called to cancel both orders, the CSR was a bit brusque with me, and I had to tell him 3 times I wanted to cancel both orders. HORROR, I would not even start as to where they rate. BASEMENT is a good start. I have been working on deal for what they call a FLAT, we know it as a apartment. Bought a ZT computer because it is assembled in the USA. Have contacted support for very lengthy shutdowns, even sent a event log. Also SN of PC and other info to speed the process along. nothing back from ZT. They didn't even acknowledge the support request. As a final kick to the consumer, they have shut off email receipts. We recently purchased the Everpet brand dogfood for our dog, who up to that point was happy and healthy. We began to feed it to our dog and within just a few days he began to get very sick. He got so sick that the following morning when we woke up we found him dead with several spots of blood, as well as him bleeding from his mouth. I signed up for a four month session. There is a VERY VERY VERY small print point about canceling before a certain time frame or it will be automatically renewed. I did not look at this or remember. I was not notified that this was coming up. There was no call or email that money would be due. I called customer service. I began working with this company at the end of May (2011) because it seemed like a good summer job, I was promised full time work, and when I was interviewed, the "branch manager" seemed to be capable of doing her job. I thought that I was buying a DVD from them for $2.97. I did not know that I was being enrolled in a monthly program for services I probably would never receive, and certainly could not afford. I ordered a rear seat cover for my 2011 Subaru Outback. The seat cover I received would no way fit the car. I sent them an email and received no reply. My experience has been really bad. This is the second time that I this year that I have ordered books from bn.com and I have had issues receiving the books both times. I have items shipped to my house all the time and these are the only packages that i seem to have issues with. The first time, customer service was really good about helping me with the issue and getting the books resent, but this time they informed me that it is my issue and I have to deal with the post office. Purchased a Cadillac CTS 2008 1 owner lease prior- I owned the car 4mths and have taken for repairs 4 times along with the cost of a rental car. As of today will need another rental. The dealership service dept. states it has electrical problems, so far the driver side window will roll down sometimes window motor has been replaced. It has also used my name and Yahoo email address to send emails advertising this fake pharmacy to people I've never heard of. I have only just found out as I have not as yet received my regular monthly bank statement that funds have been removed totally £224.90 from my account for goods that I did not request and receive. After reading all the complaints about Havertys it makes me realize they did me a favor by letting me go. After 7 years working for them they fired me after I just lost my baby due to a miscarriage, after I missed a week of work to recover; not only did I call in everyday to tell them I was not able to come in, but the manager at the time who never came to work herself was not in, so I had to relay the message to the assistant manager. Andersen seems to be run like most insurance companies. The policy is to deny, deny, deny and hope you give in. We had patio door issues with a brand new Andersen door. Our installer had us call Andersen the day he installed it, so we called and were told the Andersen rep would call us right back. But after repeated calls to Andersen, they never did.
