The Doritos were on sale this week where if you buy one, you get one free. They also had a $1 coupon off the purchase of two bags of Doritos. When I went to the register, the rude manager said I couldn't apply the coupon to my purchase. I asked her to try scanning the coupon anyway, but she refused. We have just been had by this very slick operation. They have a fabulous website, but ask for payment then show customs forms requesting money to avoid sequestration. They promise fast delivery and show all sorts of accreditations including PayPal. The name of the individual we dealt with is Chong Zhang. We recently had some wind damage to our mobile home. The wind took off the skirting from the bottom of the mobile home. It only took off half the stuff. We filed a claim, the adjuster came out and told us the quote we sumitted was to high and was to replace all of the skirting with new. Farm Bureau will only cover what was taken down. I took my car in for routine service on a Friday. They serviced the car, charge $200+. The next day it began making a horrible noise so we took it in on Tuesday. Now they claimed it needed a new fan belt. Charge $100+. They should have caught this problem on Friday. I believe that the mechanic did something (loosened the fan belt) and they are now charging me for bad work that they did. I won't use them again because I don't trust them. I ordered a cup back in September (2010) and by mid-October I thought I had waited long enough. I emailed and I left phone messages (until the voice mailbox was full, so I know I wasn't alone), but I never got a response. Finally, I contacted MasterCard and submitted it as a disputed charge.
