Very angry with them on their auto-renewal policy. Had called them last year after their auto renewal had happened to cancel auto renewal. This year, they conveniently didn't have record and charged me the amount again. They have a no-refund policy, and the credit card company won't do anything about it... SO make sure to hang on to any "confirmation number" they give you if you cancel the service, or they will keep charging ENDLESSLY. While employed, they altered my time card and miles submitted for travel to accommodate their spending limit to pay employees for their time in the field servicing accounts. Was given a written letter that indicated accusations of being dishonest and insinuated that I was taking advantage, they said that as a small company they are not able to pay me accordingly so they docked my pay and mileage submitted. Do not order from them. They need to be investigated for fraud. Odered an item 3 months ago and never received it, or the money back. They had another website and it no longer exist. They have a service e-mail for complaints and it comes back failure, not recorded. Only way to get in touch is by voice mail for phone number listed here. I took avery nice and expensive dress to be drycleaned along with other garments & the cleaners ruined all the clothes. I was more upset when my expensive dress shrinked to the point that it would only fit a young daughter. The instructions inside the dress detailed to be dry clean only; however, it appeared they steamed it to the point it shrank. the owner refused to cooperate and literally threw me out of his store and told to complaint and get a reimbursement from the manufacturer. They sent me a defective tablet pc that I paid $99 for including shipping from China. To get it repaired or exchanged I had to ship it back at my expense. $41 to send back a $99 tablet. I sent it back and they received it more than a week ago and I have had no response from them. This item never had the battery connected and it would not take a charge or run on the battery. I took my car in a few months ago because the back mechanical window that flares out fell off the GLUED IN side of the frame. When it got home I told my husband that it was a different window. The dealership that sent it out to a window shop to be repaired says that it is not a new window Tthis cost me $130. I have owned a 1996 Chevy Blazer for 4 years. I bought it used from a Chevy dealer in Denver. The day I bought it I said the transmission was not right and they said it was normal. We took our truck in for a few things, including: Battery check, driver's window not going down, license plate light out, check brakes and center console does not open. Now, at 4 years, it is spotted and pealing off. I went to Dodge and they say that this model was made by Mitsubishi Motors. Mitsubishi says they are not responsible because it says Dodge on it. A friend had the same problem with his 2001 Eclipse and Mitsubishi repainted it for free. I feel that I am stuck with a car that no one will take responsibility for. When new, the truck ran rough. They replaced the radiator and then the heater core went out. Now the head gasket is leaking. The brakes were bad from when the car was new. The dealer could not find the trouble so I replaced pads, master cylinder and power booster. They were still not right. The dealer was little help. We're on our own.
