I paid for Botoholic's "GiftBox + PRO" and the product did not work in the intended way. Botoholic had it on their site that if you were dissatisfied, you could get your money back if you said so within 72 hours. I put in a ticket, telling them I wanted the issue resolved or to just refund my money. This is an old complaint but consumers should know that some of the wood flooring that they sell for kitchen use does not hold up and they have a terrible customer service department that will not look at damage to offer assistance. Lonestar leak detection came out 3 times to try to diagnose and repair our pool leak and charged us twice for complete diagnostic and tried 3 times to fix the leak. our pool still leaks and under repair warranty but now they will respond to my calls . I have bought frontline for several years and it has worked on my cats and kittens in the past. The last bach I received has not worked at all. I buy mainly Jeffers in America or from the vet. I spend a lot of money on this stuff and expect that my cats and kittens will not be covered with fleas. By the way, they don't have ticks, but they have not been outside. I sold Coast Spas for several years. As a retailer, I was NOT reimbursed for warranty work after our second year with them (which they were actually made well during those two years). From there it all went down hill. That company has restructured itself more times than I can count. Their defective products almost cost me my business. They made a great product MANY years ago, now they push out junk with high prices and more problems than the retailer can keep up with.
