I called Rapid Rooters to explore a possible work opportunity they had advertised. The man on the phone was extremely condescending and said "Did you not read the ad? We need fluent English.". I have been assessed at CLB 9 and it is sad to see the attitude of some of these employers who have no respect for individuals and do their best to affect their confidence negatively. First, this company has offices in Cyprus and in Canada... not crimes. However, when you advertise that (and this is a quote) 'Your credit card WILL NOT be charged during the FREE trial period. Note came due July 08. These people refuse to sign a new valid promissory note. They have to date never paid back one penny of principle. All they want is releases for themselves and their family members. They have taken in 2 plus million dollars and generated virtually no income or assets. I bought 6 MR16 lights through a retailer from this company to be used in track lighting. Dr LED promotes it's lights as lasting 50, 000 hours. All six of them failed within 6 months. Their failure was gradual. I spent over $130 on these lights, so I wrote Dr LED intending to return them in warranty. They refused, telling me I had purchased them longer than a year before. I took my car in to service the engine light that come on. The service dept. told me I need all this work done to the tune of $1923. Had the work done light went out and 2 day leter the light is back on. Took the car back on 5/31/2011 and was told that I needed some sensers replace for $391.00.
