Our company has used cliawaived.com for company drug tests. Each time the tests we receive produce false positive results or inconclusive results and we have to send our employees to an actual facility to prove the tests wrong. When we contacted the company to complain after each shipment proved to be unsatisfactory the service rep Tim, he got tired of the complaints and said he wouldn't deal with us anymore and that he we had to deal with the results because the product was not FDA approved, and then would not communicate any further to resolve the issue. read full review »

I own a 1999 Eurovan with a Winnebago conversion. The van is a good van, the Winnebago conversion is total trash. I will never recommend a VW Eurovan with a Winnebago conversion. My husband ordered ONE bottle of immutol from this company and received it. Two weeks later, he received another one, which he had not ordered. He called the company and was told he had checked the 'auto ship' box when he placed his first order. We have a copy of that order form and 'auto ship' was NOT checked. I have two Freightliner Cascadia and the Rack and Pinions are crap. There has been a recall on them but even when replaced they are failing and its a fight to get Freightliner to do anything.
