Today is May 17th. I contacted U-Sell at the end of February to get a quote on my Droid. Their website would not give me a quote, I had to wait and receive it 3 weeks later in the mail. I set up a repayment plan with Wonga.com for an agreed amount and yet they have randomly decided to take over three times that amount in one go with no explanation or warning and have since tried to take even more! I agreed the repayment amount because it was all I could afford. This is a serious breach of contract from them. I sent an email via the website and have not yet heard anything back. We bought used tires for our Mazda Truck at daniela's tire shop, Once we got home we notice the tires were not the right size or for our model truck. On the tire it says for TRAILER SERVICE ONLY, This means they are not safe to have on for cars or trucks! I tried free MSGTAG and was impressed so purchased it. A couple of weeks after that it stopped working. I tried various remedies -- all unsuccessful. Successive emails to MSGTAG support were always non-deliverable. After a few months, I tried again and in April 2011, upgraded to the latest version and they took my $29.95 like lightning. A couple of weeks after that, MSGTAG stopped working and no matter how many times I try to get support, emails are declined. I already had my doubts when I visited the website, but they were the only site that had the particular shoes that I wanted, so I decided to give it a try. I bought a hammer drill for aprox. $70 on aug. 28.2010. The variable speed in the trigger is not working, It's all on forward, or all on reverse. No in between. The only form of communication which can be made is via email, which is extremely convenient for them. And to make matters worse they have already taken my money. The site does not tell you that they will require a picture of your drivers license and a picture of your credit card before they will activate your account. This is completely unheard of. You will not find out about this until you fill out the form including your credit card information. Reputable online billers never see your credit card information. I was dumb enough to try a sample of one of their skin products. It arrived very late - and they charged me $75.00. This was back in August of 2010. I have called over twenty times over nine months and receive excuse after excuse of why they haven't issued a refund: we can't find the tracking number of the check, we didn't have the correct address, a representative will call you back.
