I installed a shower pan that requires a trackless shower door. Found this company and paid $394.00 for the door. When my installer came to put the door in, he couldn't believe what a flimsy, piece of junk the product was! It's all plastic, and cheap plastic, parts don't fit together, nothing even remotely works on the unit. Even after the Air Masters was responsive to solve the customer's problem, the complaint viewing, when customer's pull up his web site, is still showing like it continues or is unresolved. If you wish to get nickle and dimed to death on your vacation, I highly recommend Kings Creek Resort on Kentucky Lake. This company has very unethical business practices, they offer a "free" trial offer just pay shipping and handling of 4.95, sounds great but if you don't scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the terms and conditions link, which is usually broken, you will be charged a 149.95 in 20 days if you don't cancel your membership, which the only place you find this is in the "terms in conditions". Be care using this site. They will charge your credit card monthly for a service you may not be able to use, but more importantly is not spelled out up front. You need to read the fine print and refer to the "Terms & Conditions" tabbed on the bottom of the site. When I was going over the initial contract with the salesman prior to installation, he explained to me about the initial 3 year contract period, but then told me that the contract would automatically renew itself on a month to month basis. I called Phonak to see if my Hearing Aids were still in warranty. They would not tell me that information. They said I had to go to an audiologist and they would call them.This would cost me $150.
