I placed an order on 2/23 and received an immediate confirmation via email. On 3/23 when it hadn't arrived, I sent an email. There is no phone number on their site. The state on their site that they will respond to all emails within 24 hours. Didn't get a reply to that email, nor the next 4 I sent. Their "contact us" form actually returned an error code, but I was able to locate an email address on their site. I had a Capital One credit card. I started getting irritated with the company when I first paid off my card, and then was charged additional interest on my statement. After attending the 5 Guys restraurant, my son and I experience obvious discrimination. From the time we entered the establishment we were not greeted by the cashier. He greeted the three customers behind us, who were white. As we waited for our food, all three white customers received their food before we received ours. We feel the pain of others in the Sony-Qualxserv mess. We purchased a 36-inch Sony tube TV and had it installed in February 2006. In October 2009 the TV just shut itself off and would not come back on. Out of warranty of course, Sony told us to use their authorized repair service Qualxserv. After paying a $100 diagnostic fee the repair rep said it would be another $375 to do the repair, which we paid also upfront.
