I purchased a kitten which was very expensive 2 weeks ago from this breeder to find out today that the poor thing not only has an upper respiratory infection but herpes. We've paid this company every month for over 20 years. Now that we want to discontinue our service, they state that our contract (which we signed with a company that they took over) is on auto renewal and is extended until 2014! I have had numerous issues with this office. Dr. Sosnin's medical assistant (I believe her name is Brenda). On my first visit she was very rude to me and looked at me in an ill expression on her face. My children had accompanied me to my appointment as well. My oldest daughter needed t use the restroom and it was very filthy and unsanitary. There was no toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap or anything to dry your hands with period.
