We have lived at our home for exactly one year. On 8/29 I go get the mail and am suprised to find 2 water bills in our box. One is addressed to us, one is adressed to another couple with our mailing address. Our bill says credit balance do not pay. Subsequent examination reveals that our deposit of 150.00 we put up a year ago has been applied towards our bill. My parents received a call from CRS asking for me by my former name regarding a debt from over 10 years ago which by Missouri Statute of Limitations is non-collectible. They threatened to contact the IRS and attach my tax refund which I'm not sure a collection agency can do. Never heard this one before. On December 21'st 2010 I contacted the company to have my billing date changed from the 1st of every month to the 21st of each month. Here is the confusing part; my monthly statements from the company clearly state that my regular payment due date is on the 21st as I had requested however, according to "their system" my billing due date is still set for the 1st?! My debit card was hacked after using it to purchase a handgun from this dealer. Now It could of happened in any other way I suppose but I never had it happen before dealing with this company. My son then found a link on another forum that had exactly the same conclusion. over 700 dollars was withdrawn from by account by some company with a china connection. Why is it that every time there is a fare hike, I notice how nasty bus drivers and MTA train booth attendants are? Bloomberg has some nerve giving into their demands. Never ever EVER use this company. I used them on 2/21/11. Picked the bounce house up on a Saturday night with my sister. Lou loaded the bounce house, blower, and extension cord into the back of the truck after telling us he had just had a long drive back after picking it up from another family, and took us inside to sign the contract. I had to change an expensive shirt that bled the color when washed. The store refused to give me a refund but gave me only a credit to buy another shirt. The second shirt also bled and now I had to exchange it for one white shirt in the hope that it will not bled but I will never buy again from Polo Ralph Lauren and recommend everybody never buy from that store. This company has very misleading adds. They promise a free trial for shipping charges only, then automatically charge for the product- including the "free" trial on the credit card. They use the information given to pay for the shhipping and then add automatic payment to your credit card. My bank account had so many transactions from the morgan mint, I was beyond confused. Take a thousand out, put a little back in. The peace dollars i purchased, as i was told were in their vault.
