Placed an order online, and my credit card has been charged 5 times!! Main phone line is disconnected, acctg. dept. phone is a voicemail that no one ever answers. Have tried email, yet no reply. Obviously there is a big problem. They are probably out of businees, yet the website is still active, and taking consumer payment information to use in a fraudulent manner. read full review »

I purchased a new Scion from this dealership back in '06. Better late than never to discuss my complaint. Be very aware of these practices no matter where you buy your vehicle. After dealing with a young salesperson, I was brought into an office with a "customer laison" as he referred to himself. I agreed to a specified payment for 60 months. They took my debit card and charged me the agreed $500 down payment. Then they put me in another room with the Finance Manager. Well this is where things really go downhill. He explain... read full review »

Andy Mohr Toyota
jraf March 7, 2011
I bought a used car on February 28, 2011 From ANDY MOHR TOYOTA. The first day I picked it up I had to bring it back to the dealer ship the same day to replace a pully and it cost me 75 dollars. And before I left I asked if there was any thing else that they needed to tell me and they said NO, so I left. So the next day rolls around it starts making another noise. So I take it to another shop and they had to fix the air injection pump. And that was a 600 dollar job. So if there was that much wrong with it there had to be more so I had... read full review »

Kitchen Aid Gas Cooktop
klcw.architect March 7, 2011
Gas stove central burner shoots up a flame 6-inches high! It looks like a Bunsen burner from chemistry class. - And that is on the LOW setting. When used with the outer ring it shoots up 8-inches. We have called to get it fixed but KitchenAid sent the wrong parts. It is now one year later and we STILL do not have a fully functioning cooktop. read full review »

Advantage Nissan Complaint
Jagga March 7, 2011
On 1/26/2011, I called Advantage Nissan located at 939 Old Country Road and spoke with Steve. I told him I was looking for a red Juke SL model and he told me he has that particular vehicle for me and so we set an appointment for 1/29/11 for 1pm. I told him I'm coming from far to get the vehicle so do not let me waste my time to get there and he does not have it. When I got there, he has the red Juke, but a SV model (w/o leather seats, heated heats, power seats, fog lights, and no back up camera) I took the car because I can survive... read full review »

I found the concept of JewelMint to be fun but upon receiving the jewelry, I was so disappointed with the quality. I could honestly go to Claire’s and get something nicer for less than $10. The second item I got from the site was literally something I wouldn’t even give my 12 year old niece to wear. It looked like a ring from a gumball machine. read full review »

I called Elmhurst Toyota and informed them that I would not be able to drive the vehicle legally after midnight. I hired this company 3 years ago to design and host my custom website. All was fine with them back then. It appears the company has split apart as it is now just run by "Steve", and Steve has taken a full time job in Chicago to an unrelated company. On Wednesday, March 2, 2011, I mailed a package from Portland, Maine to Austin Texas via priority mail. The package arrived at it's destination, however, it had been tampered with. The package originally contained a cookbook, but when received by the recipient on March 5, 2011, it had obviously been opened and retaped and in place of the cookbook was a printer cartridge. Ordered a pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses from everydaylowprice.com and after waiting a week after it was "shipped" I started reading online about the company. Found out someone ordered the same thing and never received them also. So I tried to contact the seller and realized they don't even have a contact email or list an address. They had one phone number which was hidden in the text, which I called and got a voice mail. The sunglasses were Wayfarer Ray-Bans for 80 bucks. On the emailed bill, it lists "Intelligent solution Company, Inc." as the seller and who received my money. read full review »

Jackson Hewitt-JOHN SAPONARI
Nora Tomasik March 7, 2011
Jackson Hewitt in Sycamore Illinois, part of the Dekalb branch, prepared our taxes in 2008. We paid for their "gold guranatee" with the understanding that if we were to be audited that we would be protected. The lady that prepared our taxes did not include all of the W2's that we gave to her in the paperwork to the IRS. We were audited and this year they took $1400 out of our tax returns. That is a lot of money for working class citizens like myself and my husband. When we asked the owner, John Saponari, to help us out since we... read full review »

My decision to buy the Nono hair removal system was based on the following guaranty: "We're so confident that you'll love your no!no! hair device that if after using it for 60 days you are not satisfied then we are willing to: 1. Refund The Purchase Price! 2. Refund The Shipping & Handling! 3. Pay The Cost To Ship It Back To Us! " As per the guaranty, I waited until after 60 day were up then called for an RMA . They wouldn't issue one. Why? Because I called after 60 days. I did exactly as the guaranty said and they ignored their promise. read full review »

I have worked for Annie's for a very long time. I have seen people come and go with some sadness. Management has changed, and although it was thought to be a good thing, I see many problems that have caused distress. There is favoritisim with management. There is a guy that got hired - really don't know how or why because he is a slug. He doesn't do anything - but was basically hired because management donates pretzels to his family's organization. We have the credit card statements to prove this. This company then took our money and within 30 days canceled our site and then sold our domain to another person. I tried to switch hosting for my website to VistaPages. I chose the 2-year option because the site said the cost would be $5.95 per month. What they don't tell you is that they charge you for the full 2 years all at once. I wasn't expecting this and didn't have enough money in the account I was using, so they contacted me and said my card had been declined. My original vehicle was stolen and I was driving a rental that was to have expired and needed to be returned the day of the purchase of the used vehicle from the dealership. Originally, I was submitting a down payment of $5, 000, which is what I was told is a sufficient amount for any vehicle purchase of $20, 000 or less, which would be considered 25% of what the vehicle would cost. So I obtained a cashier’s check for this amount. Due to Chapter 13 bankruptcy, I had to obtain a purchase order receipt to present to the... read full review »
