IBSN is one of the worst company in service industry. I have been filing tax with them 5+ yrs, but over the yrs their service level has gone down. This year they changed their filing process and now want customers to pay processing fee before even sharing the draft filing copy. For the second time in 6 months it just randomly tells me I cant connect cause of my connection, but my connection is fine. Wholesale dress is a big fault for a customer shopping online. Not only is his payment method extremely risky but his pricing is terrible. He is trying to pawn off refurbs at retail and above retail prices. There are no model numbers or certainty on his site as to whether an item is new or refurb. There was a $39.00 unauthorized charge on my credit card. I didn't even give them my credit card number! (Where'd they get it?) I can understand why banks pay the requested charge, because there is NO PROOF that the victim did not offer to pay! These shiesters are smart. I went to Christa at Next level and asked her to cut long layers into my shoulder length hair. I also wanted some streaks throughout. She roughly applied the dye scratching the back of neck several times. The end resut- she butchered my hair cutting more than half of it off in many parts. I ordered an answering machine and when it finally arrived it was in pieces. A damaged old box was torn and there was not packaging to keep the machine from getting beat up in the box. I had to repair the unit before using it. It didn't matter in the long run because it was a (filthy) used answering machine and had a flaw so that it could not be used. I recently had repairs done by Family Auto Body in Henderson, NV. They originally told me that the engine I paid for was new, then put on my invoice that it was a re-manufactured engine. 4 months down the road, I took my vehicle in to a local mechanic shop and they told me that the oil leaks were over a year old and that there is no way it was a new engine.
