Privacy.com has fraudulently obtained access to many peoples accounts. This is a crime. Please contact the FBI internet crime department as they need a large base of consumers to aggressively pursue. A file has already been started. Do not just complain, get them stopped. They obtain the info from classmates.com and take money from accounts which have not signed up for the service. Encourage people to file a complaint it is very simple and unobtrusive. They will get your money back if you can not but it will take a while. This product requires additional monthly fees. It does not support Facebook in some web browsers. It will keep your data for only 7 days unless you sign up for a monthly fee. You will need to pay for additional screenshot once you use the minimal amount assigned with your purchase. When you call tech support 5 days after purchasing the product (because you've tried to troubleshoot yourself) they will tell you refunds are only available for 3 days after purchase. When I sent a "contact" message to this company, I received only a "form letter" type of answer, not a response to any of my questions. This law firm is awful. You don't want to hire a firm that is literally handling TENS of THOUSANDS of cases, and each attorney within KEL is apparently expected to handle 500-1000 cases! They have been supposedly "defending" my foreclosure case for over a year. I have had to BEG to get most things done, they don't return phone calls or e-mails in a timely fashion, they won't allow you to speak with an actual attorney unless you demand to (and then you will likely have to wait a week or more), they don't always file... read full review »

I have called numberous times, spoke with a representative and the rep. said that I had to what about 3 months for a refund I now have been waiting since August of 2009 for my refund. I ordered a pair of UGG boots from this company, and they sent me fake boots. I had to jump through hoops to find a return address to get a refund. The refund NEVER happened, and it cost me 50 dollars to send them back. The company promised for weeks that a refund was processing. I ordered a DVD set from them and since it was a gift, it was a little time before I gave the gift to my kids. It turns out the entire set is in Chinese and I ordered an English version. I was are unable to change the settings on the menu. I contacted customer service and so far they are not helping me what so ever...not even an apology. Beware of Priceline First Class tickets... apparently First Class tickets purchased through Priceline are not honored as truly First Class by the airlines in the advent of delays or rescheduling by the carrier. The carrier, in this case Delta Airlines, codes the tickets as a coach fare with multiple upgrades. I received a writ of garnishment. I fully intend to pay it. When I called in to make different arraignments "Andrew" the agent I was speaking to told me that the balance I owed that was presented on the writ was not the balance I actually owed. He was very aggressive which in turn made me lose my cool with him. He told me that interest was being applied daily but the judgement I have says 8% per annum (yearly). Very simple- I paid 8, 000.00for an Heat Transfer Product Contender Munchkin wall furnace and only 3 years later i'm dishing out 800.00 because the computer board failed. Any website supported by Novarista Holdings Ltd are basically scam sites that lure you to order a free product sample and then bill you for something else that you are ordering behind the scene. You are sent an email invioce right away that does not reflect these pending charges. The trial period commences on order completion and only gives you 3 days to cancel. Only on checking your Credit card bill later do you realize that you have been duped. These actions are mentioned only in their "Terms and Condition" statement which is very well kept in the background focus.
