I spent over 7 thousand dollars with this company!!! They had me thinking that for over a year and a half that they were working on my case resolving my tax issues. Well it turns out that they contacted the IRS once on my behalf!!! That was it. THey Didnt do ANYTHING! The next day I found out that they had simply given the info to 6 different banks who ran the credit independently. Six different reports. I worked at Cheddars for only a few weeks. I was treated very poorly by both my coworkers and my managers. The people eating there only see the incredibly low prices and not what goes on behind the scenes. When I called this company to make a payment, they were extremely rude about it. I would have thought that since they did not have to hound me to make payments, they would be grateful in that aspect. The man that I spoke to did not give me a chance to talk at all, he took my case number, then said pay this much and call when you have money for us. Then he hung up on me.
