I got a warranty thru Mogi and was taken for granted by the company that they sold my contract to which is Enterprise Financial Group. I had coverage with them for almost a year and the very first time I go to request a claim for repairs they inform me that I have to pay out of pocket up to $1, 000 before they will confirm whether or not if they will repair my vehicle. I bought a Generac 48 KW generator in Oct 2009. I paid $13, 000 for this generator. I purchased the generator from a dealer in the US (AP Electric) with the understanding that I was going to ship the Generator to Costa Rica where I am building a house. I ordered a t shirt from them and they said it was shipped on March 3rd. It said to allow 5 to 15 business days for delivery. Today is March 27th and it still hasn't come. Just like many others, I too was interested in the iPhone 3gs they had advertised for $200 dollars. According to the Better Business Bureau this company has three locations, Florida, Texas, and California. I am going to give my opinion on all of those people who ruin MMO games by cheating. Evony otherwise known as civony is a web based or browser based MMORPG with a little RPG real time strategy thrown in for good measure. They are famous for their naked women advertisements and forum spam to get people to play it. It is a pretty good game though and it is a bizzare mixture of civ and starcraft and a little wow too. I purchased a kitten in Oct. 2010 which was infesed with ring worm.. I ordered a surround sound system online, and it was delivered by UPS. I have requested a phone call 15 minutes before they arrive at my house so I can be there to receive it and let them pick up the other pkg that this one was replacing! the delivery guy, dropped it at my front door (it's a $900 system with the picture on the front), the box was all banged up and tore up. I received a $50 reward card via email, against opening a credit card with Old Navy (same chain). The reward card has no fine print such as cannot be clubbed with promos etc. Only it had an expiry date. I also had a 20% OFF coupon. I checked my Pay Pal transaction history and I found People Smart had made an unauthorized charge on my account. On 01/27/11 I made two authorized payments to People Smart totaling $69.90 for a one year unlimited search. However, on 02/03/11 an additional charge of $35.40 appeared on my account with no explanation. People Smart has agreed too refund $65.35. I am no longer a member but they still owe me $39.95. This online school is a rip-off. They charge you $20 additional no matter how you pay, by bank or credit card. The withdrawl system cannot even be used with a savings account and my bank's cheif officer told me this himself. They will try to charge you the full price which is $60 more.
