The AKC only provides you with the impression of insurance coverage. When you truly need this insurance as what happened to me, AKC excludes and denies coverage. This insurance is good to get the teeth cleaned with the wellness plan. Now I ask the $1, 000's you pay in an annual premium you could have paid for the teeth cleaning at least twice. Phoned to get them to collect faulty dishwasher for repair. Manager phoned back and said he is sending truck out immediately. Took them 90 minutes to make the 5 minute drive. I bought Atlas insurance for my dad last May. My dad fell ill with fever and stomach ache during september and had to see the doctor. I ordered a motor off of E-Bay from Motor Time - We Have Engines located in California on 3/23/10. They said a week for shipping and it took two weeks to receive. We booked a cruise on Oceania which was going to Egypt and the Middle East. Oceania permits a cancellation, with full refund, without fee, if done more than ninety days prior to cruise. In view of the breakout of unrest and hostilities in the region, we elected to cancel. The booking agent, Key Vacation Center (aka Key Travel, Key Traveler, and Keycruises, refused to put through the cancellation unless and until they received a check for their "cancellation fee". Not sure what the company's name is but I know that it is advertised on the Steve Harvey morning show. My sis wanted to make some extra money and contacted the company...they gave her a trial then asked for $, a little at first, then again and then a little more. She paid twice but the third time they asked for money she couldn't afford to pay and requested a refund. They were helpful and accesible when she wanted to pay and be in the business but when she wanted her refund and to cancel her membership, no one could be found. I have been trying for 6 weeks along with the doctors office to get a prescription filled from this company which requires prior authorization. I saw a link to a free download ringtone, so I followed the link to a webpage, where I was asked to enter my cell phone number. I did accordingly. Then I got the page about how much it costs to download a ringtone. On 12 Jan 2011 I ordered a jacket from this website. It shipped the next day. I'm an active duty military member that is stationed over seas. The package was sent via USPS and was not tracked by this company. They said they do not track packages to FPO/APO addresses, which is where it was sent. It's a crapshoot if you get what you ordered. I am a former employee. This company is well known for high rates of employee termination and the customer service area isn't trained -except in ways to BS- and when CS tries to help customers or has to cancel or refund and order they are terminiated! Manta displays very outdated and incorrect information about most companies it lists. A small horse boarding company that my wife and I used to have is still listed on Manta with our personal home phone number (this was never correct) even though it was closed over 3 years ago.
