They told me that i signed a contract saying that i wasn’t able to cancel my subscription with them. I don’t recall signing anything, they signed me up through the phone so i don’t have any written proof that i signed any sort of contract. Virus causes a popup after you have made an online purchase with a credit card. The Virus persists locking out the execution of all programs including the Task Manager until you submit a request for the purchase their antivirus software at which point they charge your credit card account for $99.99 but do not deliver any antivirus software. I was mislead by deceiving product advertising to purchase a lego set when they were really selling only the USED instruction manual for $50, which happens to be the same price of the set. There were at least 10 photos of the lego set on the product description page as if they were selling the full set. Verizon has now sent me my sixth or seventh defective rebuilt phone. Except for the last one the others were the original Motorola Android. I know from the web the problem with all of these was the proximity sensor. I either had five or six of them with the same problem. After screaming bloody murder they sent me an Android II.
