I bundled services with Qwest and Direct TV after a saleman came to my home and promised to beat Comcast's pricing. I was promised a great rate- and then the bill came. They apologized, promised to correct the problems and bill # 2 came- double what they quoted me! Rip off house. NOT a 3 BR/3BA house. 3rd bedroom and second bath are in unsecured basement, only partially screened (useless) and is open to outdoors. It totally flooded when it rained so everything on the floor got soaked (all of our luggage since there is no other place to put it). I ordered a "NEW" high end mic cable, $50, through Amazon. I got USED "Neutrik" which costs half as much when it is new!! To top it off, the cable was stuffed in a too small Fedex box with no other packaging than a black twist-tie. I paid for service a year a time to save money. When I was selling my house so I gave them notice, when house sold I cancelled service. The unused months of service was to be refunded to me. First they said it takes 3 months to do a refund, when if I was starting up service they would expect immediate payment. Then after stalling for 3+ months, they still have yet to send me my refund.
