Today, 3/15/2011, I walked into CVS #2119 in a rush, and approached the short haired elderly clerk asking nicely if she could give me 3 dollar bills for 3 dollars worth of quarters. I purchased a used Dell notebook computer from this Company in January. A few weeks later it stopped working, so I brought it back & nice computer technician told me memory was bad. Owner Thien Truong then told me I had to purchase memory chip to replace bad one. I told him I just bought this computer from this company & I am not going to buy another memory chip when it was defective in the first place! We workd with Family Link as foster to adopt parents and they were incredibly unprofessional and more importantly not christlike as advertised. The turnover rate for the employees there is so high that in less than 12 months we changed caseworkers 4 times. 1 of those case workers was great but the other 3 just didn't seem very caring in a job where caring really matters. After my experience with them and with CPS as well, I recommend only international or private adoptions which is a shame. There are so many children in the US that need homes but if you go through CPS, especially using Family Link, it will probably just end in heartache. read full review »

Someone I know gave them my email. I dont know if it was even voluntary or through a worm. SInce then, I am getting e-mails from this company and other companies "linkedin" with them. I never authorized the use of my e-mail account and there is no way to unsubscribe from them. There is coincidently no contact information available for them anywhere on their site. There was a membership fee of $140.00 which I pay with money order payable to media dime, which they came in person to collect. DO NOT RENT EMAILS FROM THESE GUYS! You have been warned. They will give you fake references that seem real. I rented a list and more than 70% of the emails and contacts were no good. I received less than a 0.01% open rate and the click-thru rate was non-existent. I tried to complain but they would not even return my phone calls or emails. My mom who is close to 90 had an annuity with Genworth for over 20 years. When it came due, they told her they would notgive her another annuity because of her age, she had the option of annuitizing (at no interest ) or cashing out. I bought a limited edition Parker 51 2002 Empire State Building pen in 2009. It came with a lifetime warranty. I cleaned the nib the other day and found that the barrel - where the nib goes into the barrel was cracked. I subsequently found out these pens were defectively manufactured. Poor communication with this organization. They've ranked me as stated, but can not seem to do so using the appropriate key words that specify the true work I do. So, now instead of doing sustainable landscape design, they have me appearing to be an expert in decks, retaining walls and water features. Hotwire=Bad Business I recently made a rental car reservation, but had to cancel the entire trip. Hotwire REFUSED to cancel the reservation. Not only did they refuse to work with me about the reservation, they would not transfer me to a supervisor. We paid timely on our loan, knew we had an awful interest rate, but kept plugging away for 3 years. A week ago we were in a horrific accident, and the car was deemed a total loss. I engaged TaxMasters to help resolve my issues with the IRS over 14 months ago. The one thing they promised was they would "protect" me from the IRS. I began to send them my IRS notice of levy as eary as 04/10. I never once got a response from them on any phone call or e-mail. In December 2010, the IRS levied my bank account, wiped it out, getting almost $4, 000 of my money. They are getting ready to lien my home.
