I placed an order on 12/13/10 and fully expected to receive it by Christmas. A few days before I contacted them and they told me it was sitting in their shipping department with no explanation or remedy. I cancelled my account with DS Waters last October 2010 because of poor service and was charged a cancellation fee, was charged $112.96 on my credit card November 26, 2010 for that cancellation fee. I set up an appointment for them to pick up the 4 empty bottles which they never pick up. On December 27, 2010 they charged my credit card with another $ 70.19! A few months ago while at the Minneapolis Vets hospital, I had my alternator replaced at Cedar Ave. Repair, they do business with this guy Lee from Alternator Repair Company, and acquired the re-built alternator from him. I am a home business and recently googled my name to find that Manta.com has posted my home address for the online without my permission on Google. In order to correct the info, they tell you to claim the profile, so I did, and I changed the location. I went to Sears in Paramus to purchase a new car battery. After getting home with the battery, I observed that it was not a new battery (which I had paid for), but instead a USED battery.
