Fix and Fit Security
We have had to call Fix and Fit out five times now in the past five months. The motorised gate does not open after it has rained. And the previous four times Fix and Fit came out to 'repair' the problem and every time they advise that there is another fault, yet the same problem still persits. And every time we have to pay for whatever they replace and often a call-out fee. We have mentioned this problem to them and voiced our dissatisfaction with their service when we had call out number four. Yet, it fell on deaf ears. read full review »
Benzowithdrawal.com
This site is a totally unmoderated circus, a cesspool of madness. It is a like entering a madhouse. The expression "the lunatics are running the asylum" comes to mind. I've never seen anything like it.
I had to put software to block it on our computers because my kids were getting nightmares! There were scary pictures and a guy named "Flick" talking about drugs, dancing, and a very strange diet. Another one is a person with an avatar of a rodent who tried to jump off a bridge but the rope broke - he feel 25 feet!... read full review »

The site is run by complete amateurs written in an out-of-date programming language. The splash screen says copyright 2010 but inside it says copyright 2006. The badly created CSS which is written by Jeff and has so many mistakes in it plus the endless site bugs it has. For example they have rules where you can block age range or smokers, add that user as a favourite and you can contact them. The chat messenger that doesn't work correctly, the search doesn't work if you copy/paste but does if you type it in.

Walt Kadtka
Walt and Denise Kadtka fit the criteria of slumlord. I rented a studio apartment for approximately 5.5 months. Upon moving in, we endured window sills filled with chipping paint, a fireplace smothered in ash, a fridge with half of the inside door broken/non-functional and a toilet backing up that ultimately continued to flood every time we flushed. We made several attempts on unclogging the toilet until we came to the conclusion that it was completely clogged and would require a professional to fix it. We made the call to the landlord and he... read full review »

New internet companies have sprung up over the years, but not always a good sign. Many of them are scams waiting to rip you off by not delivering what you paid for.
In the past, the scammers tried their luck on eBay, and other online trading sites. Some were caught and tried in the court.
If you see a new online company selling goods at prices that is too good to be true, it probably is. Be wary of such shady sites and do not believe in any testimonials or google search etc. These guys are smart, as they know most online shopper... read full review »
Craiglists
As always, be careful when you received a check that is more than what you asked for.
A couple of times, Roy and Ellie Goodbread suspected they were being scammed. Why, they wondered, would the woman buying their Jeep off Craigslist send them $1, 100 more than the settled price? And why did she trust them to wire the difference to the South Carolina shipper picking up the vehicle?
They put their fears aside when a cashier's check arrived last month from Citibank with what appeared to be legitimate watermarks and a perforated tear... read full review »
Ibuy
I have been purchasing my monthly electricity online from IBUY for a while now. My credit card has recently expired, and subsequently replaced. As a result, my credit card details need to be updated. IBUY does not update your credit card information online, via their security software. Instead they want you to fax them proof of residence, a copy of your ID and a copy of your credit card??? Doesnt this leave the door wide open for ID and credit card fraud? All the banks are warning their customers to not give out personal information like thi... read full review »

This breakdown scam has been attempted on my husband and I a total of four times in our small city. The first time was to me and I knew it was a scam, but I am a small woman and was alone so I gave the guy $10 just so he would go away and hopefully leave me alone.
Several months later one got my trusting husband then a couple of months later, the same guy tried to get him again, but of course, my husband was wiser.

I have been street scammed twice with the first happening a few years ago when I was 17 and working for an upscale doughnut shop selling pretzels. On my morning shift, when the place is not so busy, an guy about fifty in a tacky suit came in, bought a pretzel and a soda, and spoke to some of us employees in a friendly manner, I think in an attempt to garner trust.
Then, about an hour later while I was out giving away samples to people walking the street he came over and questioned me about who I was and what I did. He complemented me on my... read full review »

They don't promise incredible money or get get rich quick ideas, just 400 to 800 a week.
