I went to Dollar General and purchased $33.86, and the cashier attempted to scan the coupon numerous times without success. She then used another coupon which would not scan either. Dr Merchant treated my child @ER Prov. He was extremely mean to the point of being abusive both verbally and physically. He smelled heavily of alcohol and was pompous and unapologetic when I confonted him about his unacceptable behavior. At one point he angrily shook my child!.
