I HAVE ORDERED FROM PRO FLOWERS FOUR TIMES NOW, AND I MUST NEED MY HEAD EXAMINED. FIRST TIME FOR A BIRTHDAY THE FLOWERS NEVER CAME. SECOND TIME ROSES WERE LEFT AT THE FRONT DOOR IN A BOX IN THE HOT SUN... WITHOUT ANY WATER. THEY WERE DEAD. NOW FOR CHRISTMAS.. Company called and told me about their product. I decided I did not want have the card. Never called to stop their actions. I week later I noticed a $89.00 charge to my account. Legal action should be taken agains this company and many others have experienced the same acctivity. Calls have been able to contact them, had to call the bank and state the action was fradulent. Let me summarize and then give you the story. Basically the owner of Pawn Etc overcharged me $43.50 when I redeemed my pawn. It was the 6th day of the 10 day grace period after 30 days in pawn. So, 36 days after doing a pawn I went to get my stuff out and was overcharged on redemption. The man was also irate rude and aggressive. To make matters worse he gave me no receipt making sure to cover his crooked deal.

Bought new LG Refrigerator from sears online 11/14/2010. Delivered 11/16/2010. Frig never got cold. Repairman came out and advised us to have it swap out for another new on. This happen 11/27/10. Had same issue frig would not go below 45 degrees. Called Sears and they said they would send another one out. I refused and had defective frig picked up on 12/05/10.
