I have gone to this Planned Parenthood office for two years now and they have dealt with me ok for that time until now. I purchased a Nasal spray that was on sale called Sinus Buster. I brought the product home and used it with the most horrible experience I have ever endured!! This spray is derived from a red hot pepper extract and other natural ingredients, the experience I had was like shooting pepper spray up your nose!!! Warning!!! These people will tell you anything to get your business. When they are abll to follow through, they will, but when there is an issue, they will not tell you. They will put you off or try to sell you something else. They are not professional or reputable. Web Site lied about a lens being in stock. Sales team lied twice when I called about it going to ship. CHASE has been charging fees to my dead mother's account. Even after being handed a copy of her death certificate, the bank's position is that it has the right to freeze the account so that only other's won't have access to the funds. In the meantime, because the account isn't being used, CHASE will gladly charge it fees. It is the family's burden to be "timely" and I heard straight from the representative that it is more CHASE's property than her family's if the actions are delayed. Ordered a stove to be installed in January, 2010 from Home Everything. Home Everything arranged for shipping and install with AM Home Delivery and there the trouble began. The AM Home Delivery "Installers" damaged the counter top by not unscrewing the old stove from the counter top (basic task) and tearing part of the counter top up so all of the counter top needs to be replaced ($1, 350). We were involved in a rear end accident that was not our fault and called to have the car removed from our policy as it was no longer a usable vehicle. The first call they asked us to fax a removal form. They said they never recieved it and continued to bill us for the car. So, we faxed it again. When we called to ask why the car was not removed they told us our request was "denied." WTF? How can you deny a request to cancel service? Ordered two 7" notebooks for my granddaughters for Xmas as was assured that when I ordered on December 8, 2010, they would be shipped within 24-48 hours. Status shows not shipped, but of course have my money and they even tacked on an extra $30 bucks more than my receipt shows. Have tried for a week to contact, just get recording, and was online for over 7 hours waiting for someone for a live chat, no one ever picked up. I think they make their money by people cancelling their order (they charge 25%), or when people send back the defective equipment they receive (they charge 25% restocking fee for that). The site is a complete scam and if your dumb enough to buy in to it you should be taken. If you do even a little research you can figure out for yourself that what they claim to sell an item for is not what you really pay, or what you pay for others to win. You are charged to buy bids, and then you use those bids but don't get them back when you lose. If you take what the item "sold" for and divide by how much the item went up by (2, 4, 6, 12, of 24 cents), you see how many bids there were. There is absolutely no follow through from this company. I ordered a toddler bed online, and didn't receive it after 6 weeks so I finally cancelled my order (after I had been told on numerous occassions that is had shipped---it never did).
