Placed an order online on 12/10/2010 and paid through Paypal, and according to Paypal the order has never been processed. Have send 2 emails and made 4 phone calls for customer service and I am not getting any response. Customer Service is non-existent. They called one night before with a last-minute opening and asked if I wanted to switch my daughter's appointment. I said no and the caller confirmed it for the original date which was next week. My wife and I each took a loan for $300. This was 9 months ago. They deposited the money, one on her payweek and one on mine. I just called customer service and they said my loan was paid off. After complaining to the Sam's Club through its web site with the message following, an apologizing response was received, but, noting getting to the root cause of that system failure, failure to deliver the purchased product in a timely manner, was explained. Janet Barnes is a liar and a thief!!! She currently owns and operates a company with her husband called Zonder. They sell fake vacation packages! Half the time they let you find out you are staying at a different hotel when you get to your destination. I went to western dental for check up and complaint on a tooth ache. They told me it would be $1700.00 that I needed 3 root canals and that I could pay just $178.00 down. So I paid them $178.00. I decided the next day not to have the work done and wanted a 2nd opinion and ask them to refund my monies. They told me it would take 30 to 60 days. I have tried for 6mos to get ahold of this company to cancel my account with them. Unable to get any anwsers at the phone # listed on line in NY for the coorporate office. I order software from this website. After I completed my order is said my credit card was declined. Not believing it, I tried again only to get the same response. A few minutes later my credit card company (Capital One) called to say they detected fraud use on my credit card. I told them not to process it. I researched the contact information only to find an email contact of [email protected]. I googled that email address finding several complaints. Placed an order for three items, and was charged for three items. Newitts only sent one of the three and logged the order as completed. They do not answer their telephone contacts listed on the website and will not contact you by phone if you email a request for them to do so. I received a very unsatisfactory response from them, and although they did refund some of the money because they got it wrong, they could not meet the order they initially took my money for. The website itself is very buggy and is often "down for maintenance" (not very helpful when you have placed an order with them or need to check something). The 'hotline' that they have on their website is rarely manned, so be prepared to leave dozens of messages before they return your call - IF they return your call at all.
