Cleaned it up, but could not get repairs done to plumbing, heating, broken windows, rotten door, etc. Left premises immaculate when moved out and waited for deposit. Checked in on Saturday 9/11/2010 at 1130 AM, by midnight my son was asleep and when I looked at him a saw a gug on him. Immediately I grabbed it and when I did I saw several more on the sheets. After examining them I was able to recognize that they were bed bugs. I pulled back the sheets and saw 15-20 more running around on the mattress. In March of 2010 I took my 02 Chevy Trailblazer in because the transmission was skipping the 1st gear sometimes after the engine was heated up. $400 later and a new solenoid didn't fix the problem. I've been to the Grand Sierra Resort on multiple occasions and it seems like almost every time I stayed there or visited there I had a bad experience once I booked tickets for a show. I purchased this metal baby gate (specifically designed for top-of-the-stair use) and within 3 months, my 15-month-old was able to break a welded metal bar out of the gate. The hole it left was large enough that she could have fallen through down the stairs. It also posed a threat in that the jagged metal edge jutted outward at eye level and could have caused injury. This stupid company did the same thing to me. Luckily I changed my credit card information as soon as I saw this charge, and let my bank be aware of this transaction and to call me in case active tries to charge me without my knowledge again. My bank will call me. This was a 2 minute conversation with my bank I explained the situation and now they are on alert for this type of transaction for the future. In 2003 we renovated our home and had to have alarm installed in order to get home insurance. I chose ADT due to their supposedly great service and reputation. After having to replace many batteries over time, and after replacing them, we had to test the units to enusre they are working properly, our ears flew off from the nasty sound. Jason Arzola is a conartist & a rip-off. He goes out to homeowners to do an estimate and charges them way over the going prices for what needs to be done. He asks the homeowners to give an upfront deposit which should be 10% of the estimated price by law and he wants a 50% upfront deposit. And after receiving the deposit down from the homeowner he will not show up to do the job or he may start the job and not finish it and run with the money.
