On August 16th I ordered a pool filter and was told after they took my credit card number that the order would be received 3-5 days. The order totalled $825.00. My card was charged. Everhome representatives ignored our inquiries and those from our attorney about the details behind those fees. I am very disappointed in television lately. There are all these stations out there, but only about two hours a week of worthwhile viewing. In particular, I want to complain about practically taking Will and Grace off the air completely. It is always on too late for me to watch. 7AM, I am on the road on my way to work. 10PM, I am in bed trying to get my 8 hrs. of sleep. Why can't you put it on around 5 or 6 PM? ISPC it is a financing company that sells bad merchandise to public. Onwed by lawyers forcing people to pay for water heaters for example that never worked. Speedy Buys charged my bank account $149.00 without my knowledge or consent when all I did was look at their site. I never bought anything and only watched the bidding process because FOX news said it was a great site to visit for cheap purchases. I now have to go to bank and cancel my cards and try to get my money back. There was no indication on Speedy Buys site about being charged and they wanted to give me 300 free bids for no reason that I really understood. VM Innovations sold well over 100 Haan SV 60 Vacuum/floor steamers as an Ebay daily deal. After which they realized there was an error in their listing. On Fri 10 Sep 2010 I went to Food 4 Less to sell candy for a school fundraiser. The management told me that was not allowed. They contradicted themselves, and said they would have to allow everyone to fundraise if they allowed me. Next, they stated that they in fact did allow some fundraisers to operate, contradicting their previous statement. I told them that I see all the time people selling tamales in front of the store. This company is dishonest. I ordered a chair from them and it took 4 months to receive it not the advertised 8 weeks. I was going to cancel my order but they agreed to a discount. Should have canceled. When I finally received it, the chair would not stay on it's base properly and wobbles. I signed up to become an agent with this company a few months ago only to be scammed by them. I've sold a few of their Clear wireless internet packages, but stopped after I didn't see any payment.
