I booked accommodation at the Grateful Guest House in Bloemfontein via the internet using a company called Rooms for Africa. Upon arrival we found that the accommodation was really sub-standard and nothing like what is mentioned on the Rooms for Africa website. City power cut my electricity without any notice. Post office delayed my account and although this is not an excuse, not all of us have time chasing up on accounts. I visited the Watrefront today and parked in the outside parking. On leaving I was charged R15.00 for an hour, five minutes. On quering this with the attendant I was given a R5.00 refund. I didn't go into detail about the letter because it has been described in detail previously. I just got the very same one today and it is 9/13/2010. I wish it were true. Due to poor service I would always do the follow up call to see if they were really ready and as always told yes they are filled come in.
