The phone was advertised for 16.99 after I ordered, and got a confirmation number, they cancelled my order, when I specifically told them not to until I spoke with a manager, and changed the price to 162.99 To top it all off, I spoke with the manager, he told me there was nothing he could do, and was RUDE! I ordered a few products from Saveonecrafts in California. The two delicate paper parasols were not even wrapped for shipping. the box arrived via ups and was smashed in the corners. The2 very small LED light were just thrown into the box, and I almost didn't even find them as they slipped into the end of the box. Don't see Dr. Roger James Vitko MD in McAllen, TX. He stated that he checked this and or that and of course it was false. He was trying to scam the Department of Veterans Affairs. I called the number that my bank gave me and the person I spoke with explained that it was a membership that I agreed upon when applying for a loan. I talked with the salesman at Springhouse Windows and Doors in Paoli, PA. I picked out the window that I wanted. He installed the wrong windows and charged me almost $4, 000 for three windows. When I complaint about the wrong windows he outright told me that he was not going to install the right windows because he said that he already installed the right windows.
