My traveling companion had to cancel her trip due to an illness in her family. Trip Mate reimbursed her the entire amount of the trip. They denied my claim. I call to get a pay off and my balance was more than i got the loan for and i have not missed a payment. I reported it to buysell.com and asked them to remove the add. they did not remove the add, after three emails. I went to the Kleiman Evangelista Eye Center to see if I would be a candidate for Lasik. I was not told of the complications other than the obvious, I was never told of the permanent side effects (reading glasses). I was assured that I could attain 20/20 with the surgery. Having called them early in the day to make reservations in Ireland, we needed 3 rooms. They could only make a maximum of 2 per reservation but assured us they could do it with 2 reservations. When we finally received the confirmation e-mails several hours later, the were several errors. After multiple calls to them, finally asking to speak to a supervisor, we were cut off each time. I went to get my clothes from williford's cleaner August 1, 2010.When I got home I notice stains on my black capris. There was annother time, when I had a pair of jeans and a blouse . I notice my jeans had some form of glue like material on them. And my blouse had dyed stains on them.I took the jeans back to williford;s cleaner. The workers said they did not do that. I have received several call regarding a cash withdrawal and I didn't pay back. First of all they told me it was in Feb or March that I took the loan. This plan is completely bogus! I purchased a 3-year plan for an office chair that stated "About the only thing MaxAssurance doesn't protect against are failures caused by abuse or misuse of the covered product." I have tried cancelling my order - it was a trial offer but they never provided a proper trial period as the product was not delivered until weeks after the trial period date. My 2004 Acura TL which I bought brand new off the dealership lot and is having cracks all over the dashboard. It has cracks above the gauges and cracks along the passenger airbag side. I talked the Acura dealership and they id that it's a wear and tare part. I also have extended warranty, and they also told me that it's a wear and tare part and it's not covered. I've seen cars that are 16 years old and the dashboard is still good. What's going with these high price luxury cars? I could of bought two cars for this. My wife had a pair of lens made by this vendor and they just did not turn out quite "right". We contacted the owner, a Steve Villani, who at first indicated the lenses were made to the script submitted. When she said they did not fully correct my vision properly he reconsidered and offerred to replace the Verilux Panamic lenses or would let me keep the glasses had, if she wanted, and try again in another frame.
