I visited the Diamonds International Store in Nassau, Bahamas on August 2, 2010. I had been told about the Crown of Light diamond that was sold at this store. Company lied about the insurance they were selling then said I had 30 days to cancel. I got the insurance and it wasn't what they had said. I Called and they said it would be a $75.00 cancellation fee. I already paid a $75.00 sign up fee and $219.00 for insurance start. I just had my boat shipped from Guaymas MX to Oregon [USA] with Boats Express and I have had nothing but major issues with them. Over the last few months, receiving four shipments of a CD from Cary, NC, EVERY single shipment arrived with the jewel case shattered, although the CD inside had survived. These had all been properly packaged in a bubble-type protective envelope. The price of parts were marked up approximately 400% and 1100%. They claim that this includes labor even though they have a service charge of 69 dollars and other items is listed as parts. Our Sony Bravia XBR 52 inch TV purchased 12/08 went out so we called for service. It turns out the LCD panel is out, which means we need to purchase a new TV. When speaking with Sony's customer service, it turns out they will only offer us a discount price of $1, 500 plus tax on a new TV. We only have 1 week to decide. I purchased a HP Pavilion computer in May 2010. It worked fine for a few months. Suddenly, it would boot up, but anytime I typed something on the keyboard, it would automatically shut the cmoputer down.
