My husband and I went to WILLIAMS & LESLIE PLLC law firm in Austin, TX on 7/20/10 for an intial legal consultation about a potential lawsuit case. They charge $175.00 per hour. We met with Matthew and Leslie for a total of one full hour where the first half of the hour was supposed to be FREE. Instead of being charged $87.50 for the initial legal consultation, we were charged $198.15 (including a referral fee and a credit card service fee). The company sells boat parts online, but while the web site says that the parts are in stock and ready to ship, they really are not. After you order something, they then order from their supplier, when they actually get it they then ship it to you. They don't actually stock anything. They will send you an email saying that your parts are "special order items" and say it will take an additional 7-10 business days before they will ship to you. Horrible Experience with this company. I would never rent from them again. In my opinion, the RV we rented was not properly maintained. We were lucky we made it home safely. In February 2009 I began a 2 yr contract with fees that should have totalled less than 3%. Since then, with each passing month they have added or increased fees (e.g. yearly fee, PCI Compliance fee, security fee, batch header fee, and the worst- Add'l fees).
