I did not renew my annual Forbes magazine subcription in the fall of 2008 for $59.95. A sales representative called to offer a 3 year subscription for $79.95. I accepted. My credit card statment in May, 2009 had an entry: USA PUBLISHERS INC 866-281-3063 FL with a charge of $79.95. I began receiving the magazine again. My 3 year subscription should not run out until fall, 2011. Since I did not renew the yearly subscription for $59.95, why am I getting billed? I also took my 3 children to the audition, photoshoot, and talent show paid 100 for both my girls and L.A sponsered my boy. My wife and I were victims of the Nashville, TN flood (May 2010) and are in the process of rebuilding our home and our lives. Centennial is TERRIBLE! They have screwed me over so many times in the last few days. I have had several people terminate their contract and not have to pay for the early termination fee. I have tried everything possible to deal with them and nothing works. They are rude they have told me several different dates for my contracts ending. I called concerning my forever changing minimum payment. I went from customer service to collections and the bucked stopped with them. I was never late on this acct and closed myself. I called on 8/3 to see if my interest could be adjusted. These peoplr rely on a computer model to respond to customers and basically they are no help. I was with VIRGIN MOBILE for one year and had alot of problems with ths company and there services. We rented from this corp for 2 years. From the minute we walked in we had issues. Ceiling fell down - wrote an email - no response, snow removal was horrible, I was pregnant and could have fell a thousand times. All pet shops are horrible but this one takes the cake... they sold a woman I know a chihuahua puppy recently that can not even take care of her existing 2 beagles. Her beagles share a crate and defecate all over her house. I purchased "virgin" indian hair from this company. I had a kilo so I installed the wavy hair first. It shed and tangled extremely bad. I tried to dye it as well but the color was difficult to lift. Since the wavy wasn't behaving properly I prepped to install the curly. I sealed the wefts thinking it would stop the shedding (it didn't). The curly hair was extremely difficult to lift. I am currently in a a bankruptcy. My Mortgage is included in this Bankruptcy. My mortgage had been paid up as of April 2010 per Bankruptcy. The lender OneWest/IndyMac Mortgage claims that I am behind in the amount of $1044.
