I rented an apartment from this estate agent last year. None of the items on my list of flaws were seen to, even though I stipulated that I would not pay a deposit until such things were rectified. They refuse to cancel my contract after they neglected to respond on alarms for 3 months. A new company investigate and they found the equipment not working. We asked chubb for cancelation and they demanded the full payment for the remainder of the contract. We still pay the monthly service fee although the antenna was taken out. My fiance bought some Bronx shoes at Markhams. I think the model type is Golf Black. The shoes is just over a year old and he had the shoes about 4 months when it started tearing lose. He used shoe glue to try to fix it time and time again, but it just kept on doing it. We are just fed up now by spending money time and again on buying super glue and it doesnt even work. I place rental listings online from time to time. My last listing was done on the 21st of September and was indicated as being a free listing. Today I see that Private Property debited an amount of R295 from my bank account using my normal bank card details. While I was sitting at a red light, a Sears Truck blew by me and ran the light. The driver continued ahead and ran the next red light. My home was burglarized on 09/05/2009. All my jewelry, a shotgun, camera, computer were taken. Farmers insurance covered the new window and sent a check for a small amount to cover some replacement costs. I purchased via Paypal this software that is supposed to recover files from damaged, corrupted drives. The software just appeared to be scanning the damaged external hard disk and created a "directory tree" but after paying for the software I found that there were NO FILES in the folders. It was a complete waste of time and money.
