I hired the company Master Movers to move my furnture. My understanding of the contract was the max of $500. Once all of my furniture was loaded on the truch I was informed that the total cost was $2200. I did not have that type of monies. Closed credit card account out, they allowed a charge made after the account was closed. Paid for that charge, they then charged me late fees and interest. they were supposed to waive them, and did not. Several phone calls to them, customer service peoploe can not thnk for them selves, they can only read of a scropt and will not help me. Supervisor are never available. First, I have a problem reaching Nationwide, they have a recording that keeps me on hold and I still don't get to speak to anyone about my problem. I emailed the warranty division and still got no reply. Once when I did get them for my A/C, they didn't cover the charges. I had a problem with plumbing and they told me they didn't cover fixtures. It wasn't a fixture problem. Each time I've had a problem they refuse to honor their contract with me. In October of 2008, I bought a set of tires at VIP Auto Parts in Mexico, Maine guaranteed for 50, 000 miles. I went in on March 5th to get my hair cut and highlights. I had a picture of MY hair done as I like it and asked the girl to just trim it the way it was. My wife signed with Delray CC after being told our payment would be $1250 a month (roughly what we were paying at the time). After our initial deposit the rate went up to $1335.
