I placed an order with Countrywide Auto Transport in June 2009 to have my daughter's car transported in August from California to Virginia. I paid the full price ($795) to "lock in the price" just in case the price of gas went up. My card was charged on June 22, before they ever pick-up my car and when I called last week to change the pick-up date, they had gone out of business! I recently had a service call regarding an oven that was malfunctioning. The service man told me what was needed and the price. I told him I wanted to check the price of a new oven versus having the old one fixed. I came off a great weekend where a resort had introduced me to your coffees. I'd called in to place order but had to figure out what blends I'd been drinking. First rep answered my ?s then put me on hold. The next woman who picked up said, "____" had to step away from the phone, can I help you?" I've just had a terrible customer service call with this company. It may be (and I can't tell, because there's nothing on my account with this website) that my billing and shipping address were either transposed, or something. My account was put on hold, and on attempting to call their customer service to fix the matter, she was exceedingly rude throughout on the call, and just hung up on me after 3 minutes! Salesman, Henry Meyers, sold me magazines on Friday, 3/19/10, to be delivered to military people over seas. on March 29 I got my car toad to the dealership thinking it was the best place to make sure my car was going to get fixed correctly. I purchased an extended warranty from VSC Premier Program for my 2001 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 . I paid 150.00 down and 84.17 for 24 months. I never used this warrranty. OK here's the deal and I'm telling it up straght and I'm not complaining about BJ's beer pong. My roommate and I have gotten 3 table from them and all have been great products. Here's an example I ordered a table back in December I didnt get it right away. I called them up to see what the problem was, they apologized for the delay and it came like 4 days later. The tables are well built and customer service is great and whoever says different is wrong. I just found out I have been using an inferior product for months, I am so unbelievably irritated. I stayed at the Jessup Maryland Red Roof Inn March 27, 2008. The room had these bugs in them, and when I called the office they came out to see the bugs. They tried to tell me they were "normal maryland bugs" that they couldn't stop getting into the room.
