After having me disconnect everything (house phone and DSL line) from the phone jack, I was informed by the technician I needed a new modem. He told me my "signal was weak." This product does not work. You can wait over 90 seconds or 3 hours and still nothing!!! If anything, my eyes were all dry and flaky. I couldn't use it with my make up. It is useless!!! I purchased the Dental Bright for $4.49 and $3.87 with a foreign transaction of $1.00. Then I find out as I checked my balance on my payday 5/28/10, that 2 UNAUTHORIZED charges were on my account as pending. I too have been treated rudely and have felt threatened by the emails that have come my way. No company with this lack of customer service should be in business. The BBB of Illinois has many complaints against this company and if they're not sending the merchandise that's ordered or issuing refunds, how are they still in business? I bought a Tag Heuer Grand Carrera Calibre 6RS in July of 2009. In April of 2010 it started to lose time and finally stop. I brought the watch to Tourneau who sent it to Tag. Tag refused to honor the warranty stating the watch was subjected to blunt trauma. The exterior watch has no evidence of the trauma. I was referred to this business by my university's website. I was led to believe that I had paid for a degree verification that would have an option for mailing a physical document to my home. Instead, I got a .pdf document that failed to include confirmation of my degree and only included the information that I am "not currently enrolled" at my university. I just got a delivery for a dining table and the company delivered a defective table that doesn't open to accept a leaf. The XL340S Navigation Device does NOT accurately verbally recognize ZEROs in Freeway numbers. In Southern California it is unable to recognize the 805 Freeway, the 405 Freeway, the 605 Freeway or the 101 Freeway. It says west in place for the Zero. Greg Dickerson dba Gregs Seamless Guttering, Siding and Windows replaced the roof on our home. He sent untrained, unsupervised Mexicans to to the work. They damaged our gutters by standing in them, placing ladders against them, and scratching and denting them all around the house. Waxed my car and left it in my garage prior to trip to Chicago. W Hotel valet parked car for me (only time it was out of my sight) and when I got home it dent in the driver side passenger door. I accidently dropped my notebook and the CD/DVR optical drive will not stay closed. DO NOT order cabinets from Corbella!! They did a horrible job and the cabinets were poor quality. So we ordered two vanities from them for our bathroom, when they came to install the vanities they installed the wrong knee drawer. Delta Magazine Subscriptions is not an honorable or reputable business. I paid $40.00 for magazine subscriptions April 2009; that I have never received. Contacting them by phone has not resulted in them honoring my request to send the magazines. I have always done bussiness with Discount Magazines in Florida.
