Ordered a tennis racquet from them as a christmas present, to match my wife's old racquet (Triad 3). Entered model type on website Search function. Search resulted in Triad 3.0, which I ordered. Turns out the Triad 3.0 is not the same racquet as the 3. Discovered after hitting one shot, after first use. The Search should have sent me to T-3 (which would have been the same racquet)as Triad 3. I placed an order on Feb 6th - never received the merchandise. I sent an inquiry on Feb 17th and was told they were sorry that the merchandise would be sent out Feb 19th. I still have not received the merchandise but my credit card was charged. There was a phone number, but I have called several times and been told to leave a message and have a nice weekend on a Tuesday. No one answers the phone and no one has responded to my email. My son purchased a 32in HDTV on Jan17th 2010 and never took it out of the box, he wanted to put it in his new apartment, but had a sever stroke and now is in a AFC home with NO hopes of any improvment. I had ordered a Portable DVD Player. It was sent to the wrong address. It was sent to West Virginia, instead of California. I ordered four single rolls of wallpaper. When I got the second role about four feet into the roll there was a misprint and I had to cut off the paper which caused me to have to patch one roll of wallpaper. I have a stepdaughter that used a site I believe came from Facebook. They ask for her cell # and charged for Psychic alerts to her cell phone at $1.99 a minute. My step daughter is 17...we ended up getting charged in excess of $170.00 on one phone bill just for these charges. Our carrier Sprint refused to reimburse us for the whole cost. I purchased a Flat Screen TV, for Christmas present on 11-5-09 (APEX) did not give present to son until Christmas day. March 3, no volume on TV. Went to TARGET where I purchased, and stated "past 90 days", now this was purchased for a Christmas gift, which brings us to March 25, 90 days, I know many chains WAL MART, KOHL'S, to name a few that when you purchase after Oct. 31, they honor receipt for Christmas 12-25. I brought my car to Tire Kingdom on several occasions, every time i went there it was another big catastrophe. Fist I needed all new tires, second time my belts were ready to snap, third time my shocks were bad.
