Paid off our Kubota tractor via monthly autodraft - paid every month in full for 4 years. Confirmed that there was nothing we needed to do to cancel autodraft (confirmed in writing by KCC Jan 2010) once the final pmt was made. Since September 2009 when I returned the product, I've been waiting for my $89.89 refund. I've been calling every other day, sent more than six emails with no answer, and the customer service for this company is a disgrace. They are liers and keep on giving excuses. I placed and order for the trial size offer on 1/18/09. This product never arrived. My credit card was charged for shipping. I called the company and spoke to both a customer service rep and a supervisor. The order stated my zip code and state plus my home address correctly. The company says the order was returned because there was no city on the on line order I submitted. Thease people are out just to take your money and do bad work. In the past 2 months i had to have them fix the same thing 4 times. In Nov 2009 I ordered a tool on line. I was told the tool was in stock, but some accessories that I had ordered were back ordered. I initially tried this company for a couple of bucks. After registering for the service I did research and found that it was a scam. I immediately called the company and asked to be cancelled. They told me it was cancelled. Then I discovered a $99.99 charge on my debit card. I called them numerous times requesting a refund.
