I gave TSL $1, 350 for pre-set Medicare and turning 65 appoinments. Of my first 3 leads, 2 were NOT home and did not return my phone calls. The 3rd lead was for an address that DID NOT even exist and when I called the name on the lead the person was DECEASED. Of the next half-dozen leads, NOT ONE PERSON actually agreed to an appointment and most said they were "pressured and lied to" to. Company is a total ripoff. I unfortunately fell for an internet site that promised me something if I signed up for 2 products. I picked Vioderm & Mineral Science makeup offers. After signing up I realized I was enrolling in a monthly membership. I attempted to immediately cancelled via email. I was no told that my membership would be cancelled, however; I would still receive the trial samples and have to pay the shipping and handling. I am waiting on a 1099 form that shows how much interest I have paid in the past year on my defaulted student loan. I have called twice, once at 8:30a.m. and again today at 1:00p.m and got a recording that states the office hours and then says that the office is closed. I need this form to file my income tax of which they get as a federal tax return offset. Product looks nothing like what is advertised on site. Images are misleading. Even after speaking to customer service twice before placing order, no one mentioned major discrepancies. Quality of product is extremely poor. Sizing and cut of garments is misleading. Two sizes of the same shirt are advertised as different products! This company is a scam. They have no customer service. They claim to make you wait over 30 minutes or more for any calls to check on orders. But, never answer their phones. You cannot contact them if you have problems with their charges or lack of fulfillment. We placed an order back in November 2009 and never received the product even though we were charged and paid. They operate on a shoe-string and have terrible customer service and cheat you out of your money. Don't use them. read full review »

This company has a well working scam going...if you have a return on merchandise...they will gladly send you a Merchandise Return Label...this label DOES NOT HAVE ANY TRACKING WHATSOEVER!...if you try to purchase Delivery Confirmation the P.O. will tell you since the company is paying for the shipping you cannot purchase Delivery Confirmation for your return ( although this policy has changed and most Postmasters are unaware of this...it took mine 1 hr to find out)..the company will conveniently tell you they never received the package and... read full review »

One of the dumbest rules I have ever run into happened this week with Hilton Hotels.. One of my staff made a reservation on line, paid in advance. My plans changed and I called to cancel the reservation almost 48 hours in advance of my stay. Because I paid in advance and recieved a discounted room rate they do not allow cancellation or refund.. This is a real misleading for employment, great surroundings, membership exclusive and seasonal work. My husband and I purchased this mattress on the advice of our son and his wife. They purchased their mattress 2 years before we purchased ours and they have never had an issue with theirs. I contracted with Haul-Bikes on Feb 8th to pick up a '05 H-D Deluxe motorcycle. I confirmed several times their window for pick-up 3rd week of Feb. They changed it at the last minute to the 1st week in March when I had specifically told them not to miss the 1st window. Our Rinnai tankless water heater, which was purchased December 2004 quit working. The unit costed well over $1800.00 and should last more than 5 years. We contacted the 100% recommended company listed on Rinnai's website, which was the closest to our home. Stass Plumping Co. in Waco, TX. This is false and misleading advertising and all three of these companies know that they are deceiving consumers. The company I work for uses the Bottom Line Software. It is a software for service companies. They have extremely bad customer service. Today (3/1/2010), we downloaded an update for our version of the software which we purchased in 2009. The download caused a problem with the software, but when I called to let them know, the only response was "you are one week out of the free tech support, and our update did not cause your problem." Well, turns out it did; luckily, we figured out what it did and fixed it ourselves. Seems to be a scheme to get people to renew the software and buy the "free" tech support. read full review »
