Every morning when I visit this Menands Dunkin Donuts the service is very bad. The manager and some other people are already in the back of the store smoking and the line is long inside and outside going thru the drive thru. This is very bad business, alot of my co-worker tell me that they always get the incorrect order when they go thru the drive thru. That is not good to see managers outside when there business is very busy. Alot of time the manager is not there to complaint to about the problem that is going on. I callce the company for a refund, since they have a 100% guarantee, and to ship the product back. The supervisor stated they have a no refund policy . We purchased a Island Escape hot tub from ChooseDirect on 7/13/09 and received the hot tub on 11/13/09. We actually started running the hot tub 3/10/2010 as we had to build a place for the hot tub. This company is fraudulant and ruthless. You can not even speak to them. You try to have a coversation with them and with them, it's their way or no way. I called to speak to them about a garnishment they had placed on my check, for 25% of my paycheck each payperiod. I had no clue what the debt was. After ordering flowers at Christmas for my mother, and picking up the Easy Saver offer, I was not satisfied with the business ethics of Pro Flowers and cancelled the Easy Saver option (within the 30-days allowed) and received a confirmation of doing so. However, I am seeing the charge for this "offer" on my bank statement. This is indicative of how the flower transaction was done by Pro Flowers. Found out Grant Funding Direct was not affiliated only after canceling the first subscription. When I tried to contact Grant Funding Direct I had no access to the website. My user name and login has not worked from day one. The phone number they gave me was incomplete and I have not been able to reach them by trouble shooting the number. Please beware before you go to this location. The person cutting my hair butchered my hair. I explained that I wanted a #4 on the sides, blended in, and just a trim with scissors on the top. I recently recieved a collection notice from Finex Group, saying I owe from a towing/ storage fee's from a car I sold over a year ago. I sold my nice car to this kid whom did not submit the release of liabilty to the DMV, but I did. I sold the car "as is" becuase it needed some work to pass smog and so I also have the bill of sale. I faxed the collection agency the copy of release of liability with the bill of sale and they are telling me it isn't enough for them to stop from this affecting my credit. After defaulting on my mortgage for 10 months, (1846.00) monthly payment, I gave Saxon Mtg servicer for Well Fargo $30, 000 to make my account current. They continue to keep me in default and forced me into Ch13. I had no other debt other than the mortgage. I am a full time pharmacist and what ever I paid them never went to the principal or interest. They have been keeping me indefault for 4 years. I have contacted the attorney general for Ct and have kept very good records so we will be comparing documents next months.
