Antivirus Live IS a virus, not antivirus software as it purports to be. It imitates Windows security info. and scanning making you believe it is legitimate. It will cause your computer to malfunction in several ways, ultimately disabling it. It will ask you if you want to get rid of numerous bogus infections leading you to purchase their "software" which is nonexisting. My mother had an insurance policy through Stonebridge. My mother passed away on Jan 21, 2010. My mother had a life insurance policy through Stonebridge for $12, 000 that she paid for until her death. I ran the self-clean on the oven for approximately an hour. I shut the oven off and while the oven was cooling, the interior glass of the door exploded. I bought a Rado watch during a cruise...duty free. I was told they were an authorized dealer. I dropped the watch and the stem cracked. I took it in for a repair under the "lifetime" warranty. We used their service recently for an annual maintenance check on our A/C, which they sold us in Mid 2001. The technician came out to our place on Monday March 8, 2010.
