This is the worst place I have ever worked. Once hired, I found out from other staff members, most of whom had only been there a couple months, that 3 employees had just been fired before I got there. I also found out from foster parents that I should "be careful, because they will fire you in a heart beat." After paying my bills when they are due I discover my due date has changed. I submit my payments online thru bill pay from my bank. I get late fees because they claim they got the payment late. My bank assured me when the money is debited from my account that means the payee has recieved the payment. I had a service contract w/ARS Rescue Rooter. On 12/8/09 they had their second annual check on my Heat Pump. The service tech Chris told me I would need to replace the run capacitor ($215) and the contactor ($265) ... Cost to me $480 but they threw in a 20% discount since I had a service contract. We were grossly mislead in the purchase of our timeshare, the major one being that we were told they would sell our old one to purchase the new one. Absolutely did not happen, so now we have been paying on it at a horrible interest rate we never would have agreed to if we new it was not going to be paid off right away. Hair Sisters is a company which was formerly called one thing now dba as Hair Sisters www.hairsisters.com. A coupon was promised and then retracted after the order was taken. I applied for a free credit report but, was asked to enter my credit card number. I entered it into the system only to be charged immediately for $14.95. The website clearly stated that it will not charge a fee unless I decided to stay a member past the seven day trial period. I did receive one report from one credit bureau but, I feel scammed. On or about the date sited we began receiving calls/letters regarding an alleged debt by an adult daughter who had briefly lived at our home. Cease & Desist Letter was sent by certified mail and received. Calls stopped when original owner recalled debt after admitting to us that they had generated it in error due to a computer glitch. I have been getting mailing from this group for years, titled "Notice of Renewal" and showing a magazine I do subscribe to and presenting me with the amount due, who to make the check payable to and where to send the check. In small print elsewhere on the mailing it is said: "This is a magazine subscription offer, not a bill or invoice". Only once did I bite and send a check to renew an existing subscription, but nothing happened. The real publisher later sent me a true bill. This is by far the worst daycare to send your child to. It is unsanitary and there is not enough staff to take care of all of the children. This daycare is in violation of many state laws and the staff (and owner) are completely unqualified to take care of children or make responsible decisions. A person who was covered by permanent general hit my vehicle while it was parked out in front of my house. The insurance Co totaled the vehicle and sent me the paper work and had me send them the title. within three days they picked up the vehicle and took the rental without paying me. I have called for two weeks now and they will not return my calls. This is very bad way to conduct business. Guess lawyers will have to get involved, and they say unwarranted law suits are the blame for high insurance cost. They are incompetent. No one at this company has any clue what is going on with either pickup or delivery for their customers. The drivers are rude and unconcerned for people's hard earned belongings. I'm left speechless at the manner in which they packed my televisions and they took my items.
