I received a phone call from a lady promoting online savings through local stores. If I signed up for their membership, I would receive a $100 gift card from Target or Wal-Mart. I have been a customer of qwest for about 12 years. I did not pay my bill on accident and without a notice of diconnection they turned off my services. Did I mention that it was during the holidays! What I went through to reconnect was a joke. I brought my vehicle for oil change to this car service center. Guess what? They yanked out my vehicle's door handle and did not even do the oil change. PHH needs to be investigated because they have hurt hundreds of people. I pay my mortgage. When I first got my home I paid $1052 since then my payment went down to $1012.70 due to my taxes going down. Now all of a sudden my payment is jacked up to $1049. How is that possible? We have now received 2 letters from PTP. One stated that our son was nominated by a teacher to participate in a PTP trip. After investigating and emailing PTP I found out that no teacher actually nominated him at all. Now we get a letter saying our daughter is invited to go to Australia. We don't have a daughter! There was no name of this daughter mentioned in the letter or why they would think we have one. Recieved a Stanley thermos as a gift for Christmas and it is defective. Tried to contact Stanley about the problem, but will not respond. Will never buy another Stanley thermos again.Initially I was happy to see the name of an American company on the box, But did'nt realize they don't make Stanley products in this country any more. This company sent in an analyst to give us a quote for their professional services. What they did was send two individuals who had all of the information the analyst compiled and proceeded to print several reports with the information that had nothing to do with the contract they wrote up. After I communicated my dissatisfaction the two became unprofessional and aggressive. I asked them to please leave. A few days later I received a bill for $6000. Roger Williams Law School, although accredited by the ABA, is a poor quality institution with an unprofessional staff and less than qualified faculty. On April 1, 2009 we bought a Vicks Cool Mist Humidifier, model Kaz V3500N. According to the user manual the humidifier came with a 3-year warranty. On January 12, 2010 I attempted to turn on the humidifier, it made several loud popping sounds and started smelling like burning wiring. I immediately unplugged it and took it outside.
