I have a Kenmore Range - Model: 790.96119408 on which the left front burner comes on by itself, without warning. This morning, the unit came on by itself and nearly started a fire in my kitchen. The unit has been in use for just over a year. Other similar Frigidaire/Kenmore ranges have been recalled - however Sears refuses to fix this product under the terms of the recall, nor acknowledge the product as defective. I recently began examining in detail my cellphone bill. I found that for months I have been charged $9.99 a month in additional charges of which I had no idea what they were for. Returned a dress 10 minutes after purchase when I found a better dress at Ivory & co. They refused to put the money back on my card and gave me a store credit. It was over $ 300 and when I went back I told them I lost the paper. They remembered me well and had a copy of the store credit receipt and still to this day refuse to give me the credit. Both of these companies have apparently changed names in the one month since I place "free trial" orders.
