When we aksed for more hot water and tea bag we were told we would have to pay $1.99 for it--we already had that amount on our bill for the first cup which we could handle. Bladerunner bows look ok but they develop problems pretty quickly and you have to keep buying new strings for them every month or so because there is a flaw in the manufacturing where the two small 4 inch strings fray as the get wrapped around the gams which bladerunner tried to blame the users! I puchased a 2004 hummer h2 brand new in september of 2004. The truck has been in the shop more than its been in my heated garage. Bought the Express Ready Set Go and the interior is chipping off after 2 uses. I tried to season it the way they said you should but it still didn't work. When I called they told me that they never charged me. Asking to speak to the supervisor, he said the same thing. He wouldn't respond to my asking him how it got on my bill. He hung up on me. I bought this machine from Sears two years ago. Service Tech has been out 5 times- After each service that same night when I go to do laundry something else goes out on it.
